1½ oz Seven Caves Mead Barrel Aged Rum
¾ oz Red Vermouth
¾ oz Campari
Tools: Measuring jigger, bar spoon, cocktail shaker tins or mixing glass
Glassware: Nic and Nora, Rocks
Garnish: Orange peel
Optional: Aperol instead of Campari, Seven Caves Tropical Gin, Seven Caves Orange Rum
Combine all ingredients in mixing glass. Fill glass 2/3 with ice and stir until well chilled (15-30 seconds). Strain into glass of your choice. Garnish appropriately.
