This maple syrup is a little bonkers. We start with our incredible New England maple syrup, then age it in one of our freshly harvested rum barrels. Prior to bottling, we infuse this syrup with Fruit Party Coffee from our friends at Dark Horse Coffee Roasters, then bottle it, one ludicrously small batch at a time.
