Thank you to everyone who signed up for our virtual cocktail class! Even if you can’t make it, you can still make these delicious cocktails at home using the recipes below.

The Cocktail Commonly Associated With Pain RELIEF

Shopping List:

  • Seven Caves Tiki Gin, or a citrus-forward gin

  • Seven Caves Barrel Aged Rum, or any rum you have!

  • 2 lemons

  • 2 limes

  • 1 orange

  • Pineapple juice

  • Coconut cream

  • Passionfruit syrup

  • Falernum

  • Orgeat

  • Angostura Bitters

  • Maple syrup

  • Sonic pebble ice (yes… Sonic does sell ice)

  • Optional garnishes: Grated nutmeg, pineapple wedge, mint

BAR TOOLS:
Our friends at Collins & Coupe can supply you with everything you need,

  • Cocktail shaker

  • Measuring jigger

  • Strainer

  • Bar spoon

  • Citrus peeler


The 7C Saturn

serve in a tiki mug, rocks glass, brand snifter

  • 0.75 oz Fresh lemon juice

  • .25 oz Passionfruit syrup

  • .25 oz Orgeat

  • .25 oz Falernum

  • 1.5 oz Seven Caves Tiki Gin

  • Garnish: Lime twist

  • Optional add-ons: Sonic Pebble ice, Lime twist wrapped around a cherry

Need: Measuring jigger, cocktail shaker tins, strainer

Combine all ingredients in a shaker.  Fill with around 1 cup of crushed ice and shake.  Strain into the glass of your choice with fresh crushed ice, or just pour all of the contents into your mug.  Garnish appropriately.


The Cocktail Commonly Associated With Pain RELIEF

serve in hurricane glass, tiki mug, or snifter

  • 2 oz Seven Caves Barrel Aged Rum (or Tiki Gin for a fun twist!)

  • 4 oz Pineapple Juice

  • 1oz Orange Juice

  • 1oz Cream of Coconut

  • Garnish suggestions: Grated nutmeg, Pineapple wedge

  • Optional add-ons: Sonic pebble ice

Need: Measuring jigger, cocktail shaker tins

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake like hell.  Strain into the mug of your choice filled with crushed or pebble ice.  Garnish appropriately.


The 7C SWIZZLE

Adapted from the Smugglers Cove Book

serve in a tiki mug, rocks glass, or snifter

  • 2 oz Seven Caves Barrel Aged Rum

  • .75 oz Fresh lime juice

  • .5 oz Falernum

  • .5 oz Seven Caves Barrel Aged Maple Syrup

  • 2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters

  • Garnish suggestion: Mint

  • Optional add-ons: Swizzle stick, Sonic Pebble Ice

Need: Measuring jigger, cocktail shaker tins, strainer

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and either swizzle the cocktail with your swizzle stick, or shake like you see the good bartenders do it.  Strain into the mug of your choice filled with crushed or pebble ice (or just dump).  Garnish with mint.
