Seven Caves Hot Buttered Gin

- 1½ oz Seven Caves Winter Gin
- 1 tablespoon (3 barspoons) Hot Rum Batter*
- Boiling water to top

Tools: Measuring jigger, barspoon, boiling water kettle

Glassware: Mug

Garnish: Cinnamon stick

Substitutions: Seven Caves Orange Rum, Seven Caves Mead Barrel Aged Rum, Seven Caves Bourbon, Whipped Cream Garnish

Stir to combine batter and gin in your favorite mug. Top with boiling water. Garnish appropriately.
