- 2oz Seven Caves Tropical Gin
- 0.75oz Lemon juice
- 0.75oz Orgeat* (almond syrup, or 2:1 simple syrup)

Tools: Measuring jigger, Shaker Tins, Bar Spoon, Strainer
Glassware: Nic & Nora, or Coupe GlassGarnish: Mint sprig, Luxardo cherry, or gin-soaked pineapple wedge
Optional: Angostura, Angostura Orange, or Passionfruit Bitters

Combine all ingredients in a large shaker tin. Add ice to the small shaker. Seal and shake well, then strain into a chilled glass. Garnish appropriately.

*Orgeat can be made with 2:1 Sugar:Almond Milk. Add a bit of almond extract to the mixture if making at home. Torani Almond syrup also works fine if nothing else is available.
