The 7C Port Light
- 2oz Seven Caves Jasmine Tea Rum
- 1 Fresh Lemon Juice
- .75oz Honey Syrup
- .5oz Passion Fruit Syrup
Tools: Measuring jigger, cocktail shaker tins, strainer
Glassware: Nick and Nora (if using the egg white and serving up), Collins glass, tiki mug
Garnish: Lemon twist
Optional: Egg white, Seven Caves Bourbon, Seven Caves Mead Barrel Aged Rum, Rosewater
Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin. Add ice to the shaker (half a tin is fine). Shake well for about 15 seconds (or longer if using the egg white), and strain into the glass of your choice of glass. Use fresh ice if serving over ice. Garnish appropriately.
