7c Bonafide Hustler aka Paper Plane

- 1oz Seven Caves Barrel Aged Rum
- 1oz Aperol
- 1oz Amaro Montenegro
- 1oz Fresh Lemon Juice

Tools: Measuring jigger, cocktail shaker tins

Glassware: Collins glass or rocks glass

Garnish: Lemon Peel

Optional substitution: Seven Caves Rye Whiskey, Seven Caves Tropical Gin, Other Amaros

Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin. Add ice to the shaker (half a tin is fine). Shake well for about 15 seconds, pour entire contents into the glass of your choice. Garnish appropriately.
