The 7C Three Dots and A Dash

 
 
 
 

  • 1 oz Mead Barrel Aged Rum

  • 1 oz Orange Rum

  • .25 Falernum

  • .25 Allspice dram

  • .5 oz Lime juice

  • .5 oz Orange juice

  • A dash orange angostura bitters

  • .3 oz Rum barrel aged maple syrup in place of honey 

  • .5 oz Overproof rum (optional)

Tools: Measuring jigger, Shaker Tins

Glassware: Footed Pilsner

Garnish: Three luxardo cherries and a pineapple frond

Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin.  Add ice to the shaker (half a tin is fine).  Shake well and strain into a footed pilsner with regular or pebble ice. Garnish and enjoy!
