Peanut Butter Milk Punch

 
 
 
 
  • 2oz Seven Caves Roasted PeanutRum (or aged rum, bourbon or brandy)

  • .5oz Seven Caves Rum Barrel Aged Maple Syrup (or 2:1 simple syrup)

  • 2oz Good quality, cold Milk (Cow, Oat, Almond, Pea, etc…)

  • 1 bar spoon (1 teaspoon) Vanilla Extract

Tools: Measuring jigger, Bar Spoon, cocktail shaker, strainer

Glassware: Rocks glass

Garnish: Ground cinnamon or nutmeg

Add all ingredients to large side of the cocktail tin. Fill small tin with ice and empty into large tin. Create seal with tins, shake like you see the good bartenders do it, then pour using your strainer into a chilled glass. Garnish as desired, or not.
